Each AI feature costs a certain number of credits: CV Extraction (1 credit), Cover Letter (2 credits), Job Match (2 credits), CV Optimizer (2 credits). Free tier users get monthly credits that reset. You can also purchase additional credit packages with varying validity periods.

Absolutely. Your data is stored locally by default (in browser IndexedDB) and encrypted when synced to the cloud via Firebase. We offer 4 privacy levels to control what's sent to AI, and you can review all data before it's processed. We never sell your data to third parties. Google controls how Gemini AI processes your data according to their privacy policies.

ApplyWise uses smart model routing based on your account. Free users get a standard AI model for all features. Users with purchased credits are automatically upgraded to the latest AI model for higher quality results across all features — CV Extraction, Cover Letter, Job Match, and CV Optimizer.

ApplyWise currently supports automatic job extraction on: JobNet.com.mm, MyJobs.com.mm, LinkedIn, JobsDB, and Indeed. On these sites, you can save jobs with one click and extract job details automatically. For other sites, you can still use the AI features by manually pasting job descriptions.

Purchased credits validity depends on the package you choose. Each package card shows its validity period. This gives you plenty of time to use them at your own pace during your job search.

Great news! When you purchase additional credits before your current credits expire, your expiry date is extended from your current expiry date (not reset). For example: if your credits expire on July 1st and you purchase more on March 1st, your new expiry will be extended by the package's validity period from July 1st — you never lose validity time! If your credits have already expired, new purchases start fresh from the purchase date.
